Improve his character's capacities
In order to progress, your character will need to fight against other players'. When you win a fight, you obtain experience points ; once you have enough, your character will obtain a new level, and will be able to improve its caracteristics.
A player's Deck is the totality of cards that are at his disposal in order to make its 5-cards hand (needed to play). Another common sense of this term designates the player's hand itself, or the "Deck" application that allows the player to manage its character or its cards.
Runes are the magical powers of REN. The way they work is simple : when you put one of your cards on the game board, if it has Rune Sockets, you can include a Rune in it. Runes are an excellent way to turn a situation to your advantage.
Every rune apply their effects in the order in which they have been put on the card, before the fighting between cards occurs. There are few exceptions to this rule (protective, clearing, and mirror runes apply before any fight between cards; and ultimate runes ignore placing restraints).
Outfits allows you to raise your character's power by raising its attack power, or making your Runes more powerful

The kobans are REN’s money. To earn some, the main way is to win against opponents in the "Celestial Tournament" mode. But you can also win kobans by selling your card or some of your gear in the market section.
